You would be amazed what is released in a neighborhood pond.

My son caught one at Stillhouse Hollow a few months ago. I tell you,somebodys overgrown pet sure tasted good!!!

Bet that was a surprise. Never know what your gonna catch. There are quite a few Pacu waterbody records on the books obviously from pet releases.

I fished the canals of Miami couple of years ago. My Guide
told me there were about 30 exotic species established from
aquarium releases. And no , despite reports to the contrary,
snakeheads are not taking over.

Hopefully went to a zoo or something as it would've died in the winter. Those tiger shivelnoses are all mouth.
