How hard is it to remove tint from my truck windows? Some jacktard tinted the two front windows on my crew cab and it's to dark.

I have removed it before. I just peeled it off then used some thinner on a rag to soften the glue. Then wipe with a clean rag.It may take awhile.

If you have a steamer or iron with steam setting. Put the steam on glass and start pulling from a corner and keep steam on it as you go Comes off easy. The slower the better as it will pull the adhesive with it. Goo gone for leftover adhesive.

First off, what truck is it? It may be easy to remove the window sweeps. Roll the window down a little and start the top edge with a straight razor. Peel in a diagonal and remove the film. Soak the window with glass cleaner (I use Sprayway) and start scraping the glue. It will look like snot lol. I would do this a couple of times to make sure you get ALL the glue. If there is any glue left, it will show when/if you get your windows tinted again. If you have a shop do it, shouldn't be more than a 100 bucks for stripping and tinting.
