My local tackle store has red label and sunline super. The super is only 1$ more. Both under 15$. For another $ I'd use the sunline super all day. That being said, if super went away, i'd only use red label. I use it for swim jigs, skinny dippers and chatterbaits.

If you want to use Vanish you will need to change it and change it often. In my opinon it is a terrible line. You won't save any money in the long run. Go ahead and spend a little more and buy some good line.

I fished the Vanish today....
14 pound test......fishes close to my normal spider wire super mono.....no issue with memory...backlash....and certainly no issue with breakage ....use a Palomar knot with an overhand knot on top......could not break it in fact.....hung up once and had to use the trolling motor to break off......for 11 bucks at Walmart....impressed
