Quit dipping 3 months ago after going steady for about 20 yrs. I have felt much better, once the cravings, headaches, and weird dreams passed, and am very happy to be off it.
Smoky Mountain (peach) has been a good buffer.
I thought I would have a hard time fishing without it but it hasn't bothered me and I have fished more this summer than I have in years.
Best of luck to all who are in the process, especially those just starting. Stay the course...you'll be glad you did!
