Got out from 3:30 to 6PM and caught 30 before wife called me to come home: 22 whites, 4 keeper yellow bass, 3 cats and a 21 inch hybrid.

Details: Tried 4 spots. Started at Dollhouse Point and caught 8 there. Moved to Spillway Point and caught another 7. Decided to check a deep struture, so went to Hump by Brick Boat House. Saw fish there but they were reluctant to bite. Managed 6 more sandies, a cat and the hybrid. Wife called and managed to check one more shallow spot on the way home. It was Carolyn Estates Point and it was loaded. I quickly caught 6 nice sandies in 6 casts, then headed home.

It looks like the fish are moving to the usual shallow summer pattern - say 10 to 15 ft water. I had been catching them deep and shallow. So, if you find em deep and they won't bite, go find some shallow. The fish on deep structures are starting to get lockjaw.

Caught most fish on a #4 Mepps. On 1st 2 spots fish wanted a medium to slow retrieve. At last 2 spots they wanted a fast retrieve.
