I'm going down there at the end of the month and I know there are bass in there but is it worth bringing my catfish gear. Are there cars in there or what's in there. Thanks anything helps!

Dunlap has a very good population of Cats. Channels, Blues, and Yellows. However the boat traffic is super heavy on that lake and will be until after Labor Day.  Lots of ski boats and jet skis.  Best time to fish for Cats on Dunlap is Mid September through mid May. As for baits Cut Shad and live Sunfish for the Yellows and Blues. Big Marvs for the Channels. Good luck!
