When you drive down Sat try both BassPro stores. Maybe they have some out for sale at the discount price. Need locations?

The other one is at 288 and Beltway 8. You can get there easily if you go back using Loop 610

I found fish bites in blood worm and crab at Gander mountain in Tyler. I can't think of a reason that channel catfish wouldn't bite these. Planning on ordering the freshwater catfish baits soon. Any opinions?

If channel cats are anything like hardheads and gafftop they will hit most anything they find laying around the bottom. Either flavor sounds like it would work.
What you will like is that the small fish can't steal your bait. Fish Bites are tough.

I don't fish freshwater so don't know what hooks work best but I like circles in saltwater.
