They do look sweet and I've heard nothing but good about them so far. Only thing I'm concerned about is the weight. TT quotes the 100 at 11oz...seemingly hard to believe when the zillion is less than 9 ounces.

After perusing tackle warehouse quick, they show the weight as 7.9oz for the 100 size reel. That's a bit more like it. If this reel performs like I've heard, it should make a small dent in the revo and curado crowds!

Daiwa is definitely trying to be a bit more competitive with this reel. We have them ordered and if anyone would like to pre-order any of them please let us know and we can get you one just as soon as we get them in our hands!

The Lexa 100 is obly 7.9oz, talked to TG via email the other day and he says this reel is exactly as advertised. He is swapping over. I am considering it once I get a few to try out. Might be retiring the Zillions. I know the Aird is a LOT of reel for the money.

They definately priced it right. The Luna, Aird, and Lexa are all on the new frame and well priced. I haven't seen it yet, but they are supposed to re-introduce the Cielo rod at the same price point. The unfortunate thing is they have phased out the HSTA and all the reels with the Advantage frame. I will cry when/if they phase out the Zillion.

Had a chance to see then firsthand. I am very impressed and can't wait till September.
