Met your dad today under the stillhouse bridge, it was hazzardous under there today with people tubing, flying by in bass boats ect. was nice talking to him. I pulled 3 quick dinks and left, was just out testing my new terrova in advance of a upcoming guide trip.

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

It was nice meeting you today as well. Those two Slabs I caught and Emmett picked up a nice White were all we did. We got off the water not long after you left. Too many crazies out there today.

Been at stillhouse almost daily for the last week. Doing well, numbers wise anyway not necessarily size-wise, tree hopping trying to find the productive ones. Agree with treebass alot of dinks, most were 9.5 inchers with a few keepers in the mix. Unfortunately my boat is out of commission so having to use my brother in laws boat which is difficult to hold on BPs especially with all the wind and crazies on the lake. Been using bobby garland mo-glo jig +/- minnows. Doing best early and late with a bit of lockjaw midday. Anyone know a reliable, reasonably priced boat mechanic nearby that you are willing to share? smile

On the way to Belton on the South side of 190 is a new boat repair place. I met the owner (Jason) and one of his Mechanics (Clarence) and both seemed knowledgable. I haven't had them do any work yet, but they offered to provide references. Teir rates are 30.00 an hour cheaper than the local boat dealer. Good Luck
