Exactly! I invited him to the bank with me, but he wouldnt follow me. Some people just need a good ol' country butt whoopin! not really a smart thing to do nowdays, my brother in law got involved with some road rage couple months ago over something stupid the other driver did, fingers were exchanged, words were exchanged, both pulled over to whoop each others ase and low and behold the other idiot had a 25 auto and capped him twice and then ran to his car and sped off, cops still looking for him and the brother in law was left with a chitload of medical bills not to mention month off from work.

I tried to snag his bait with mine so i could cut it off, but his line was over mine. We exchanged a couple words and i fnally had enough, i fired up my boat and made 2 circles around his and went on. I dont give a [censored] who sinks the damn brush if I find it Im going to fish it! Am i in the rong here? Not until you did this. I do know how you feel though I walked away from bass fishing in '03 because of carp like this... Just got back into it, and guess what... nothings changed.
I can make assumptions about your character based on the plethora of ridiculous decisions you've posted about making, but I choose not to.

If he sank 1 brushpile he may have sank more. Go back and wait on him to come by again and follow him and mark all of his spots. Then post them all on here. I think he will be happy he has so many people making sure all his brushpiles are in good shape.

Simple solution - life it to short to deal with a DB like this...find 4 ski boats or wave runners in the area....give them each 10.00 to make sure this guy enjoys his day fishing if you know what I mean... Best idea ever.
