Does anyone know how to get the background color on the 334c? I loaded the Navionics chip in and while the detail is great the picture is all washed out. You can not determine the lake from the land. I can not find an adjustment for it. The brightness setting only darkens the over all screen. I know the unit is older than most are using now but it works fine on the front of the boat. Maybe i am spoiled with my HDS 10 on the console. Ha! Any help would really be appreciated

I fixed it myself by reloading the last update to the software. I just had a notion that maybe it would work and wa-la the color is back, atleast as much as it had to begin with. I should just ask Santa for the HDS-8 or sell a car or House to pay for it. Ha!
