We were out from 6:30 until 11:00 Am. Slow wasn't the word for it! Between the two of us, we boated one little guppy!

By the way, did the lake smell funky to anyone else?

We were there before day light this morning. Started out Bass fishing and switched to Sandbass once the sun got up. Saw lots of boats around Robertson Park but everything I saw on the graph looked small. Went to another spot and it was every cast for 2 hours and not another boat around us the whole time. I know we caught at least 150 fish. We ended up bringing home 38 of the biggest ones. Everyone we talked to later in the day and at the ramp said it was bad though.

Guess we just got real lucky.

We didn't do horrible but we also didn't do as good as JCB! You sir were the stud of the lake today!

Terry and Ray joined me and the first spot we hit we got into them good for about 30 minutes and the rest of te day was tough!

The day ended with a promise from Ray to bring fish to an Asian woman after they go to a hotel.........or something like that! It got really confusing!

Nice cooler full JCB. I had rather be lucky than good any day, I agree with Paul it is probably both.

Luck or skill....I really doesn't matter. Went fishing, caught fish, had a good time..doesn't get much better than that.

Friday, we did great! Found fish stacked up at many of the humps and caught lots of doubles. My cooler looks like JCB's pic. See the awesome graph pics below, at the humps.

Saturday, it was much slower for us also. We checked the same humps, TWICE, the fish werent there like Friday. The youngers in our boat were a bit impatient so we didnt fish too long. But did catch 8 gaspergoos, 4 sandies, and one nice crappie at one hump near Allure. And one nice hybrid below at the peanut.

Not much fish to brag about, so I guess I can brag about my family...hehe

It was purdy hot and little winds, we headed in to the Harbor and got soaked at 10am. hehe.

Our son caught the fish of the day on his .5 oz angry face slab with the fly he made last year. FYI .5 oz slab caught the most fish Saturday and my son won the fun family wager...which mean he has to pay for lunch at Primos...hehe

My neph Anthony from Ft Walton Beach FL, the Einstein of the family who just graduated from U of Floriday with a perfect GPA and now hes attending Rice U. and will teach under priviledge kids in the poor neighborhood in HOuston for the next two years. He caugt this nice crappie on the fiesta.

My other neph, Paul, the tallest in the family, he played varsity basketball at his high school and will be attending the U. of Houston (my almer matter ) with a nice scholarship

Thats all the show and tell and family braggin I got...hehe.

Oh, water temp were 87-89.8 degrees on both days.
