Was out on Ray Hubbard this morning and were fishing the rocks at the intake when a security guard said we were trespassing and had to leave. Is there something that I'm missing. We were on the proper side of the buoys. Anybody else had a run in with them? Is there a range that we have to keep away from?

They can be real jerks. Girlfriend's brother 5-6 yrs back, fishjng by the dam when spring storm blew in, motor wouldn't start, pushed onto rocks and started swammping. He grabbed the bow line and climbed up the rocks. Security guard pulls up and tells him to get back on the boat while he calls for help.He told SG he was soaked and freezing. Does not matter as long as the boat is afloat he could not be on the shore. He told the sg to arrest him and sat back down. LEO showed within minutes gave him a ride and a ticket. Told him to take it court it would be dimissed. He did, LEOS didn't show and was dismissed. But you have to stay outside the buoys. They have gotten strict since 9\11.

We have been fishing the dam before not inside the buoys or anything and they tell us that we are trespassing.
