It's been 17 weeks today since I quit Copenhagen. It's been a ride but a good ride. Good luck to others in my shoes don't give up or give in.

after 1000+ days I have smoking dreams where I look down and see less than half a cigarette in my nicotine-stained fingers . . . .
Then I wake up. Thank the Good Lord.

91 days today=550.00 rough estimate.
I never quit bc of the money it was a plus but not the reason.

14 weeks today been a tough week had a vivid dream last night that I was dipping again but got to wake up and realize it was just a dream and thanked God for it being only a dream. Keep on keeping on
