Made this the other night and it was a big hit.

1 can (10.75-oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
1 package (8-oz.) cream cheese
1 packet (0.4-oz.) of Ranch dressing mix
4 tablespoon butter
4-5 pork chops (bone-in, boneless, mixed, whatever you want!)

1. Put butter and cream cheese in a bowl, and microwave for 1-2 minutes to soften the cream cheese and melt the butter.

2. Add cream of mushroom soup and Ranch dressing mix and mix until ingredients are somewhat blended together (its okay if its a bit chunky).

3. Place pork chops in bottom of crockpot and pour mixture over the top.

4. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 6 hours (or on low for 7 to 8 hours)*, until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone or breaks apart (if using boneless). Serve over rice.

You may want to try lightly browning the chops in a frying pan and scraping the goodies from the pan into the Crockpot then adding the other ingredients. This adds some additional flavor to them.

I've done this and added a can of biscuits for dumplings. Man was it good. Thanks for reminding me of this. I will be trying this with Country Style Pork Ribs.
