usually i hang cap on gear shift.
or
i just bought one of those head covers that block out 95% UV rays (the kind you see on guides down on the coast or on lake fork)and with it pulled up over the back of my cap, it rides no matter how fast i go.

Mine fits tight and as long as my bill stays at or below the top of the visor when running it seems to stay fine but there has been a time or two where it came off or almost did.

Small short bungie cord ,hook one side in nose pull up and over bill of cap and hook in other side of nose!!!!! No need to thank me !
