I've been checked by jon boat and on foot, but a buddy fishing a tournament the other weekend said a game warden was going around in a kayak checking fishermen. Any of y'all seen this or been checked by a warden in a kayak?

Yes, I have seen a couple in kayaks in the rivers in the New Braunfels area.... stealthy suckers.

Happened quite a bit back in march and april. Have not seen them since, here in Austin. I got the impression they were not enjoying it much.

Don't break the laws and you won't have to be scared of them. I will admit they should be marked better because the person fishing has no idea if it's an idiot just coming too close or what is going on until they see the gw hat.

These power boaters will need to be a litle more careful around kayaks now, won't they.

I see them on personal watercraft a lot but never in a Kayak. Good way to get up on somebody quiet though.
