I am getting into crappie night fishing and was wondering if they make a fish/structure marker that you can see at night? I currently use the standard orange marker with the lead weight and string to mark structure but I won't be able to see it at night?

Reflective tape. That's what I use on jugs, markers, trees etc.

I didn't even know they still sold glow sticks? Where can you buy them? Glow sticks are not re-usable so you guys pay a buck every time you go fishing for a glow stick correct?

So do you just shine a flash light at the reflective tape to find it?

I have a yellow marker. I don't drift far enough to lose it. If I do, the waypoint is logged. Gps gets me close enough to see it again.

So do you just shine a flash light at the reflective tape to find it? That would be a YES! The reflective tape works great. Found it at Wal-Mart in the Automotive section. I also have it on all my jugline floats........(oh no,... I forgot this is the crappie forum, sorry fellas!!) but I do catch a few crappie on the jugs also, hopefully that is not against the 'rules'
