OP Bullhead Angler B Joined: May 2011 Posts: 470 Desoto	My father traded in his walker and fishing gear for a pair of angel wings this pass Friday June 29, 2012 and I'm glad the last thing I told him was I love him.. And as much as it hurts I'm glad he doesn't have to suffer anymore... Love you always Roosevelt Beasley (Dad) tell mom and may other two brothers I said hey and I miss them... Rest In Paradise. My dad is the reason I love fishing so much and here is a photo of a nice mess of crappie we caught off the old 66 bridge back in the day. I too lost my dad (John Vernon Overstreet) but 1 week earlier on Friday June 22 when he was reunited with my mother in Paradise. Like you, My dad taught me how to fish (mother helped too) and thanks to them both, crappie is my "fish of choice" and there is no other choice. Hey, maybe my mom & dad have met up with yours and together they're havin a great time where there are no limits.
