 Date for opening park in the old Twin Points area on Eagle Mountain

There has been some post on TFF about the new park they are building on the south part of Eagle Mountain where Twin Points was at. There was an article in the Azle paper this week. They are saying everything will be open in the spring of 2013.The article also said they might have a soft opening on some facialities what ever that means.
There was no mention of what the fees will be for use.

A soft opening is just them opening up without making a big to do about it for a while to get the money coming in while they work out the kinks. Then they'll do a grand opening.
