Where does it say this in the rules? This is all I see.

All of the following can qualify for ALL FOUR of the 2012 BLT Region Team championships:
(Qualify by entering 4 of 5 tournaments in one division, or by finishing in the top 50% of final YTD)
2011 Fall Team/Couples, 2012 Spring Team/Couples.

Those are for this fall... I don't believe they have posted the fall regional and grand championship for the fall 2013 yet..so just maybe the fall Rayburn division will also qualify to fish those. If not the Rayurn fall division might be way down..since probably not many Rayburn boys would fish it to go to RH.. JMO..

Here is the link for the 2012 Fall Division:
http://www.budlighttrail.com/BLT/tournaments.html

In the past the Fall Division qualifiers would ALSO qualify for the 2013 Regional Spring Championships. But according to this NEW posting, they will have their own FALL CHAMPIONSHIP on Ray Hubbard. Unless they amend their Overall Qualification criteria then that is ALL the Fall Division will get. Rayburn is a VERY TOUGH Fall region to make successful! Having a Fall Championship ONLY and also having it on Ray Hubbard will make it very hard to justify many teams to fish it. There is no mention of the Fall Championship prizes so to assume there is a Boat is just an ASSUMPTION.

There is going to be a Championship for Fall and Spring seperately. This will give folks a reason to fish both Fall and spring divisions.

BigRon, I think what your failing to see is that the whole Format is going to change. Call Charlie and he will be happy to explain it.

I think fall division will only be able to fish the fall championship. They feel they are losing teams from the spring tourneys. The way it was fall could fish all regionals but now will only be able to fish one championship.Really sucks.I dont think that bassnbucks should fish budlight championships but that's my2cents

I am driving right now so posting this from my phone using talk to text. I apologize for such a short response. I can post more when I get home.

Starting in 2012 Fall, we will be offering two Fall championships, exclusively for the teams that qualify through the 2012 Fall divisions. The Fall divisions will no longer qualify for the next year's Spring region championships. This means we will now have two completely separate seasons (Spring and Fall), each with completely separate championships.

The two championships for the 2012 Fall divisions are Lake Ray Hubbard and Lake Falcon. We are still working on what the championship prizes will be. As of right now we are thinking of at least guaranteeing $5,000 at each championship. We hope to raise at this number depending on sponsor participation.

The Fall divisions will no longer qualify for the next year's Spring region championships, but we can discuss the top 50 percent of each Fall division championship qualifying for the next year's Grand Championship.

We will get the information posted on the website as soon as we have it.

Like always, feel free to give us a call anytime.

Chris Davis - 214-616-5693
Bryan Davis - 469-955-7808

Okay that was way too much to speak while I was driving.

Chris
