After a buttkicker of a tournament, here's how it all went down:

1st Place with a final weight of 87.38 lbs is Team Gravely. Tom and Chad were consistent through the whole event with a few solid teens and a 20.42 for the big fish.

2nd Place with a final weight after a KILLER third stringer was Team Billy Goat with 65.12 lbs. The third stringer for these guys was a solid 54.76 lbs. They found their groove in the late hours.

3rd place was a bank team, Team Two Guys, Jerry Sr. and Jerry Jr. with a respectable 54.54 lb total.

After the raffle, Chuck P. is the proud owner of a brand new ProAngler casting rod thanks to Fred's Reels.

Joe S. (Emmersonbigguns) walked away with a sweet Ambassadeur 5000 fresh out of Fred's mad science lab.

This event held up to it's name, for sure. There was a bunch of wore out anglers at the final weigh-in this morning, but most everyone hung tough and stuck it out to the bitter end.

Thanks to everyone that came out. It was a blast, and I think we may do it again in the spring for those of you who are crazy enough to jump on the wagon.

A huge thanks to Fred's Reels for the door prizes. They are always a welcome addition to the events.

Another huge thanks to my friends Sherry and Trixie for cranking out some sweet t-shirts for the top placing teams. They worked until the wee hours of the night on Thursday and most of the day Friday to get them done for us.

I'll post pics later, but for now I'm gonna eat my Whataburger and take a nap.

Ole Soren is CRAZY............ .........he puts on a 24 hr tourny and wanted to make sure he was readily available for 3 weigh ins so he stayed on shore, did a lil.bank fishing and basically lived in his car for yall for over 24hr! And he's a.big ole boy with a small car! Yall really should appreciate that!!

P.S. Next time Soren -base the tourney out of a park with a campground and boatramp and skim a few dollars from the pot and get a campsite and set yaself up a camp and be comfortable! or atleast semi comfortable

It was all in fun Kevin. That car ain't as cramped as it looks. I'll regain the full movement in my neck in a week or two. Hahahaha. Thanks for the kind words Sir.

We had a blast. Austin was able to beat his PB by 4 lbs, so that made it worthwhile in and of itself.

Send those busted reels to Fred. You will not be disappointed. I say that because Fred rebuilt most of my reels LONG before he was a sponsor. He does excellent work and stands behind it.
