We were told in the Bass Club meeting the other night that the dam launch was the only one that was accessible...Also if the lake is like it usually does the bass will be deeper when it gets hotter as the sun comes up and shallow flats very early. Look for the grass next to a draw or the deeper water....and we have always had a little luck on white and chartreuse spinners and watermelon red worms....I haven't been to the lake since last Oct... so may wannna get some other input...

I fished the BLT on Saturday fishing was pretty slow but there was 2 sacks that topped 29 pounds. I caught a 10.32 which was the big fish for the tournament. We caught several 5 to 7 lb fish but it was painstakingly long between bites in 100 degree weather with no wind. If you go fish the points that are at least 20 feet deep. Just my 2 cents

On the results it showed the guy with the 10.32 only had two fish. Not calling you a liar but how did y'all catch several 5 to 7 lb fish and only have 1 with the 10.32?? Are you talking pre-fishing I'm guessing? It was pretty tough though, we had a lot of time between bites too. Hot and no wind makes it rough.

My reply on this post was not to lie or deceive anybody. Only to help a fellow tff member like other tff members have done for me. I was just trying to help him out with what little information I have on Hubbard Creek.
