The lake can be 50 ft low and most of the ramps are still good. At the Diablo East and Airforce ramps I have launched when the lake was 55 foot low. Just a long walk to the parking lot!

Retirement best job ever.

They're right, launching is not a problem but the walk up is. Launched at Box and Rough this past weekend no problem but if I did the Diablo ramp I would have to carry an oxygen bottle just to survive nuts

Take something to drink on your climb.

Will not be much longer at Black Brush. You can look down and see the end of the ramp.
