How long do you spend graphing deep fish? Do you make several trips trying to locate fish? If you drive over them sevaral times does that spook them at all?

I'll make more than one pass to get a reel good look, and depends on how deep they are if you are going to spook them.
the only thing i hate about graphing deep fish is sometimes they're not bass!!! You spend 30 minutes cranking at a big school of buffalo or gar or hybrids!!!!

I think the early in the year, say May, they don't seem to care as much but as they get more pressure they seem to be more sensitive to it. However, you have to drive over them at least once but that's all it takes once you learn what you want to see.

Sometimes i might drive around for 2 hours before i find fish that are setup the way they need to be. It is well worth it although sometimes the people fishing with you are probably thinking that it is a waste of time until they start catching fish every cast.

Literally spent 4-7 hours/day idling Pickwick during three practice days a few weeks back... Once you figure out how the active fish are relating to structure, you can just about call your shots by what you see on the graph and eliminate a ton of water quickly without spending time casting at them. I know we went two hours straight one day without making a cast. But, when we stopped, we caught fish at a high rate. Unfortunately, we never found anything bigger than 4lbs.
