 Eagle Mountain Guide Report 06/14

Had Kendall and Jordon out to Eagle Mountain today. Fishing was real slow early . Fish were flying around again. Finally about 11:00 found a group of fish on a mid lake hump 24 ft deep that would hold. Did pretty good for an hour or so Kept two limits and some catfish for a fry they are having this weekend. All fish caught on ole ugly slabs and flies. A gold holographic slab I am playing with seemed to be the one today.
Did see a little surfacing south and north of the island. I did not fish it but for you guys who like that it maybe starting. A fun two guys to fish with.

Nice job man. Good to see you out today. The young man I took fishing today is totally fish brained now.  We ended up about the same with around fifty fish. I took him to the house and showed him how to clean his fish and now I think I have a new fish cleaner. You can't beat that.

Yep on the gas and girls. My two grandsons get in to late on fri and sat night to fish in morning. wife can't stand the heat. guess i am going to have to start guideing to get someone to fish with.
