Town East Ford told me they get people everyday coming is with the same problem. The Manager got hit a Twin Peaks at lunch time. They said we need to all walk in the place were going and stand and watch our trucks for a few min. The crooks are watching us walk in. wife

This is the best idea I've heard in a while. I'm in.

And yes Rap, Ruben, Varner, Thad, etc...... I bought a used truck that has fancy rims on it. I feel certain the rims didn't help the situation.

I didn't do a claim or involve the police. I have a $1000 deductible and am hoping to get out of this deal for less than a grand.

Dont know what year your truck is but that's going to happen. My truck was about $3000 or more. I would have to look it up.

$1000 deductible?? Are you sure? It would be filed under comprehensive. Mine is only $25.

Exact same thing happen to me in my driveway..... Ford F350, punched the lock out and were trying to steal it til I showed up in underwear and carrying my pistol.....they blew out like a covey of quail.

Should have shot but couldn't shoot a teenager (i guess) in the back

This company makes a kit to stop that kind of attack on Ford, dunno about Chevy, I think there is one for them too though.

If you guys pay me ill sit in the tower with a paintball gun filled with pepperballs. If the problem is that rampant, why don't they put one of those dummy trucks that has a remote kill switch?

That is EXACTLY how my 2006 Chevy was stolen! Broad daylight right from my office parking lot. Have a great video of them, took less than 30 seconds and they were gone, driving off in my truck.

I had my 2003 Tahoe stolen last December from a hotel parking lot in Tucson, AZ. Same thing, busted in the door lock, cracked the steering column and gone. Cops found it later that day in a back alley. Get this...rear drive shaft disconnected and laying on the ground, front drive shaft disconnected and just hanging there, various cross members gone and transfer case bolts loose. I found out that transfer cases on that particular year are very popular with Mexican drug smugglers because there is "extra" room inside. Oh, and everything of value inside was gone. realmad

We should email the show BAIT CAR. If it happens that often it would be great to catch them in the act and put it up on national television.

Spoiler Alert! the bait car in our show rolls into the lake after they climb in!

Looks like the police would setup a sting on these guys if it happens all the time!

When I go to BPS before parking. I roll through the lot looking for people in the sitting in the car usually 2 that don't look like they plan on getting out to go shopping. I pull up make eye contact even wave like i looking for a parking spot. even a brief stare down like "I know what's up!! By the time I'm done they think I'm the crazy bold one.
