If you don't have a boat, or don't want to take it out for some weird reason, the iPhone app 'Fishing Spots' it's free and uses a map and shows all the small body's of water around you and has the barometric pressure too. I use it a lot when I don't have time to drive to the lake. Check it out its really helpful for pond fishermen.

I really like the iFish Texas app for the iphone! it is full of features and info.
they also have one called iFish USA if your fishing in multiple States.

I like the "fishing Calendar" and "Time2Fish" apps on my android. I use them everytime I go out. The calendar app is good for storing pics and info from each trip. I think its available for Iphone users too

Check out the "Oh Ranger" Park Finder app for the iPhone. You can look up parks nationwide based on your interests. And it's FREE.

Just wanted to let you guys know that there is another fish finder that is about to get released specifically for smart-phones. I think it's a good idea and will help us out from the bank. I will definitely be getting one! Details Below.. Deeper Smart Sonar Fishfinder

is there alot of people that update on fishingscout? Quite a few yes, not sure how many exactly. It's a mix of Facebook and Instagram. Check it out. I'm on it daily. Just a way fr me and fellow anglers to share fishing images via social medium.
