Well, I won't be buying an ice chest for a good while. I got
my tan Brute 90 quart ice chest in today. This thing is built like a
tank. Gasketed lid. Threaded drain. Very solid. The little
video on their website where they beat the hell out of one of
their chests and it survives is quite believable now.
This will make an excellent combo fish chest and middle seat
for my boat.

The only thing that I have any reservations about on
this chest is the closures. They are rubber coated stainless and
solid enough, just a bit exposed. With rough handling
they might get knocked around some. But this is a
nit pick and might not even be an issue. Very good ice
chest for the money !

Good looking ice chest. How does it compare price wise with a Yeti? Hope it is cheaper. Where did you buy it?
