Hello I have an 18 horsepower evinrude motor for my boat and the small pin on the inside of the prop keeps breaking in half. What's wrong? Do I need a new prop? The prop is old. And I could buy another they're is lots of scuffs and stuff on the blades. What size prop do.I need? Does anyone have one laying around they'd sell?

sounds like the hub's keyway may be wallered out. if you have any movement when the prop is on it could break the pin.

a new prop or atleast a new hub may be needed.

as far as size. there aren't many choices.

just match up what you have now.

let me know what numbers are on your current prop. i should have several starting at 25.00 up to 110.00
