The deep water hump bite continues. Was out from 3:30 PM to 7 PM and caught 90 in 3 1/2 hrs fishing alone: 73 mostly magnum whites, 4 legal hybrids, 7 keeper yellow bass and 6 blue cats.
Locations: Fished 3 spots. 1st was Greenhouse Ridge. They were stacked all over it from top of ridge, which is 26 ft, down to 30 ft around the edges. Left there still catching them after an hour's fishing. Had 25 whites , 5 yellows, 2 cats and a hybrid. Next tried Dam Ridge West of Pole. Saw a few there so I fished it for 15 min but only caught 2. Next went to Dam Ridge, and they were stacked there from ridge peak at 21 ft down the west slope to 30 ft hugging close to bottom. Caught rest of fish here.
All caught on #4 Mepps silver Aglia spinner.
