Have not been on whitney in long time was just looking for a little help on what the stripers were doing and a hint on how to get one in the boat thanks

I have herd whitney is not doing well at all... best bet to get them in the boat is probably go to a different lake... its been pretty bad.. so I hear.

Last time I was there one of the locals told me that he would rather fish in his septic tank! I thought that was harsh. After two days of fishing I think I was starting to agree with him. Go somewhere else.towak would be my first choice. Just going out on a limb here but My prediction is in the next 5yrs. Towak will be the best striper lake in texas. Short of the big pond.

NO Tawakoni used to be one of the best Striper Lakes. Not as many as there use to be. The fish die offs have hurt all the stalking in the TX lakes.
