I have one of the older models basspro sold a couple years ago. They updated the new "same" model and upgraded the seat, will the new seat fit the old model? Also, are there any aftermarket companies that sell a nice replacement seat?

I dont think the seats are removable? Most of the aftermarket seats made are for sit on top kayaks. I also have a FS10. The seat it has now is fairly comfortable but I find myself wishing I had some kind of gel pad or something on it to help it out some.

They look like there bolted in and wondering if the new ones are attached the same way. If so, we might be able to upgrade by getting a new model seat. I need to see one of the new ones in person or picture to see.

Does anyone have one of the newer FS10's that they could share a picture of the seat and seating mount?

The new ones are not bolted in. They slide in and out. Its a 'stadium/tailgate' kinda thing. I have one and thinks its pretty comfy for a few hours.

Can you post a pic of the seat in and out so I can compare it to mine? If the hull is the same I might be able to retrofit one in.
