Towne Lake is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Perch, and Catfish, and I believe Mallard Lake is dried out.

If you fish Towne Lake the only area to get to the lake is from the backside of apartments that are next to lone star college. It's been 2yrs since I fished it, beware of HOA guys making rounds. There are nice bass in there for sure. I would only go there on weekdays early mornings or evenings after 7p.m.. Park down close to water so bank helps hide car from road view. Enough info?
