I'd check out Gastons on the white river in Arkansas. We use to go up there all the time when I was a kid. Awesome place with world class rainbows and brown trout!

Depends on what you want to catch but I have fly fished all over the country but can say catching 10lb+ rainbow trout is about a thrilling as it gets on the Williamson River in Oregon.
