I have the navionics on my PC and for some reason it won't update to lastest version. Anyone have this problem or know a fix for it would be appreciated.
Thanks
E. Johnson

Try using the reload on the navionics webite.Just go like you are getting the update and the text will show up. I know how you feel there is always some issue with the pc app.

Tried updating myself and nothing would happen. Sometimes the Navionics site has problems, so try again later.

Also look on your desktop for a folder called UPDATE, once ask for the update and all it did was create this folder. I opened it and started the update.

Yep sometimes Navionics has glitch, shoot them an email telling them your issue. And always try and update at another time.

Mine updated by itself on 2 computers, but had to uninstall and completely reinstall on a 3rd computer.

I've been trying to update for 3 days. I click on the navionics world on desktop and it says I need to update that from 1.0.1 to 1.2.0 click to update nothing happens. Navionics app shoes I have 1.5.0.0 need to update to 1.7.1.0 click it nothing happens either. I might have to uninstall and reload that's a bummer cause it takes so long to load.

I think what gazoo said about the folder is the correct answer.
I figured this out after I totally unloaded and reloaded the whole PC app.
Way more confusing than it should be IMO.

On my computer the folder is call Navionics_Temp. Inside of it is a program called Update.exe however.

It has been a little "buggy" as far as the initial install and map updates but man is it nice! I was really impressed with the offshore portion of west gulf plat+. Rigs and other structure are all on there. Nice to be able to determine distances and fishing routes sitting at a desk.

How do you get the pc version? I thought you were supposed to get it when you purchased the chip, but there was no disk in the package.

Thanks,
Justin
