It is a beautiful lake! The water is crystal clear. My family used to vacation there in Kirby when I was a kid. I could only catch bream from the bank but it is supposed to have a good population of hybrids and some walleye. If it's an option, hire a guide. And be sure to see Sugar Loaf Mountain.

There are signs along the bank that say "fish structure". Straight out from them there are crappie condos. The fish my wife is holding in my sig came from Greeson. It's a gorgeous lake.

I went last Oct. with my wife and we has a great time! Didn't take my boat, but fished just 1/2 day with Action Fishing guides and got 60 to bring home. We stayed at a really nice cabin at Self Creek Lodge where they guide out of!
I will be going back this year and fish 1 1/2 days and hope to get my son and family there to stay in same cabin, it was huge! We can all fish out of one of their boats and have a ball. Don't even need your gear as they have all you need!
I have known Jerry who is the owner of Action Fishing for several years on crappie.com so at least knew someone there!
