wow how big is that one in the first picture? Good job man. Thanks! None of these were anywhere near 10lbs so I just snap a picture and get them in the water quick. Now, if I was on a guide trip and a customer caught them of course I would weigh the fish for them, they would likely want to know. Yesterday was just checking some areas. First fish was a humpback and had some shoulders on her, looked in the 8lb range to me but if she'd been a pound heavier I probably would want to know exact weight.

Maybe some day! That is one cadilac of a boat I was in yesterday, but not mine. I was glad I was in it when that crazy 50mph wind started blowing. I've really never seen anything like the way that wind came from nowhere. It was a good reminder to be safe on the water and keep an eye on the weather. None of the weather services predicted what we had here on the lake yesterday.

Andrew.....were you searching on humps and points with timber in the range of 15-30 ft depths and looking for fish on or near the bottom? Are you using the drag and pause method ? Are you fishing under the schools of sandbass ? thanks for inspiring all of us that can't quite figure this lake out after 20 years of trying
