The last time I sent one in for warrenty I could not get in touch with anyone so I just sent in the cut out section of rod, a check for $35 and my information as it states on the web site. They called me and I got a new rod. They suck as far as trying toget in touch with them or returning a call.

Call Bass Pro Shops. The customer service reps should have a contact number or at least have access to one as they use it to warranty broken stuff that comes into the store.

Best to avoid Carrot Stick, manufactured by e21sports. With all choices out there in the equipment world, there are companies willing to stand behind their products in a consumer friendly way. e21 sports makes it exceeedingly difficult to prosecute a warranty claim. Many better options. Just sayin.
