Wow, from the all the rules that I know of that is a DQ. I would have a talk with my partner for sure.

People that fish straight behind the boat, especially on windy days when your fighting to go forward and dodge stumps, and get hung up and want you to turn around and get them unhung.

I've never done this, and I'm sure none of the seasoned fisherman on this forum have either, but if this were to happen...When I'm walking the dog and get a big blow-up explosion just the way I planned it, but I react like an excited little girl and I squeal and pee in my pants a little and jerk the bait away and it flies at me, hooks in attack position. If that ever happened to me I would be peaved.

I stay on the right side of the buoy if there is any traffic at all. If not, which ever way is a smoother shot at the water (going in a Z pattern).

run them any way you want to..
however it is a rule to pass port to port when meeting a boat head on ..
also a law that you are responsible for any damage caused by your wake ...boat lane or not .

the marked lanes are put there as navigational aid ..I/E " a safer place to avoid underwater hazards"

So run by boats in the boatlane, wake em all to heck cause they shouldnt be stopped .or going slow ..
Then bit*h and moan because of a new law that called a "speed limit on lakes "..
Use your head , and we all can enjoy the lakes without "new laws /restrictions .

People that forget this is a recreational sport to enjoy the day on the lake and maybe catch some nice fish ( tournament or not). I always enjoy coming in contact with other anglers on the lake and having a short chat, exchange some humor, applaued a nice catch you seen and move on.
