Estes Flats will require a boat.
You can get to Wilson's Cut by car/foot but you really need a boat or kayak to access the best spots.
For banks fishing I'd recommend the Packery Channel, Charlie's Pasture, the causeway between Aransas Pass and Port A or the JFK Causeway (SPID).
Do yourself a favor, go to Academy or any other local tackel/bait shop and buy a Hook & Line map of the area.

+1 Packery channel is a great place to start if you're not familiar with the area. You can also try to fish off the JFK causeway. There is shore parking just past red dot pier.

try brown and root flats, on the other side of port A facing the lagoon.
