 ZOMBIE FISH IN RH!!!

Wanted a little chillax time at the slip this afternoon, so I gathered a few bream in the throw net and then dropped them down for a BIG catfish. Since I knew I wouldn't have to worry about one coming anytime soon, I set the baitclick on the Shimano, cracked open a cold "diet milk, and then sat back to chill a bit. Well, about 30 minutes later, the baitclick screamed for about 2 seconds! I picked up the rod, felt a little bit of a tug and set the hook! I thought the fight was about to be on, but it was only a strange weight on the end of my line as I reeled in the critter below! I'm glad it was daylight when I saw this!  The only thing I can figure is a catfish or something was swimming with this silly thing in its mouth and ran across my line... Strange things happening at RH!  Charlie

My first thought when I saw the pic is the film "Mermaid, The Body Found" which my son and I watched Sunday night on Animal Planet. They found something similar to that and claimed its a mermaid?? Son and I had good laughs watching that show, LOL! But I recognize that fillet cut, thats The Bombay fillet cut!!! There are probly thousands of those skeleton creatures swiming under your slip....LOL!

Once we took a picture of a friend placing a filleted carcas of a black bass back in the water and sent it to the local paper with the caption "XXXXX demonstrating he supports catch and release".
 I fish on a 14 ft piece of plastic.
