 When is the best time to go to the California Delta?

Just curious if anyone on here has any delta info. I want to head over there a few times this summer or fall. When is the best time to flip or throw a frog. I've heard the fall is best for the frog bite.

Any time on the Delta is good, Now, the cheese will be good for frog fishing, use to live there and fished it all the time..

When I get back to the states I'm headed up there (eight hour drive- worth it). Best in the fall, but from here on out you should be good to go. I did ok a month ago, but it was not as good until it warms up more. It's pretty far north for California, middle of the state and all, so not as warm as where I live, not until summer that is.
If you want to back seat with me your welcome, it will be the end of June.
