I have been thru 2 whole jars of danny kings punch bait in the bosque river and several spots in lake waco also even in whitney still not one fish maybe I forgot how to catch fish from the bank

Danny kings is good bait. Chances are, you arent fishing where there are many fish. No bait will catch fish if there arent any there, or they arent feeding.

Where on the Bosque and Waco? I haven't used Danny King, I use CJ's and I fish the same areas with occasional success.

On the bosque I fish across from mclennan crossing and on lake waco I have fished mclaughlin road if thats spelled right and also speggleville park no luck in awhile at any of those spots

I've had pretty good luck with Danny Kings and cj's. They both are good baits

Caught a bunch on DK original this weekend at Texoma in about 4-5 foot of water.

Lake Waco seems to be tough for me as well. I'm gonna try Kohne Park and maybe 185 bridge.

Not fished with Danny Kings bait. But I do us sure shot.
But even sure shot won't catch fish if they are not in the water that your fishing.
I have never been skunked on SS but I also know that the fish are in the place that I am fishing.
Ask others at the lake that your are fishing as to what fish are biting

Try some Honey's. It is made locally.

If you are fishing for channels right now on Waco get close to some heavy, shallow structure and chum just a little bit. Then float your bait right into the chum. Should work pretty well.

BUT you have to be in an area the fish are atleast close to for this to work. Thus the heavy structure. Channels are spawning right now.
