The weirdest thing ever caught was a beer can

Crabs.

Well, it was a first for me but I was jigging for bass andgot a channel cat.

I think it was a chain pickerel. Out of the trinity. I was throwing a casting net and caught this little tiny fish that swam like a snake with a pike style head....maybe it was something else but it was weird

Throwing a spinnerbait in a windy cove one day and got a backlash. While trying to get it out saw my line start moving. Grabbed the line and hand lined it in to find a big catfish had eaten my spinnerbait.

Caught a gar on a DD22 at Fayette in the discharge in fairly shallow water.

i was fishing a local pond that everyone fished it had bass crappie catfish bullfrogs perch i mean it was plum full of fish had a rod out for cats and was beating the banks with a plastic worm and managed to hook the spring on that 6v battery perfectly with the rod i was using for catfish thought i had a good fish that was just wrapped up

Last summer, I was fishing fork with my cousin and dad. My cousin lost a DD22 in about 25 ft of water on a deep laydown. Three days later, I was throwing a spinnerbait and was letting it sink a good ways. I felt a hit, set the hook, and had the back hook of the crank end up on the spinnerbait wire. It felt weird reeling a dd22 in backwards to say the least.

Other than that, I have caught a few cheap pairs of glasses on crankbaits.
