Was the carpet factory, or added before you got it? I don't remember seeing too many bay boats with carpet in them. Not that I have really paid attention...

Looks great now though!

Not sure on carpet. When we tore carpet out it looked original. And the stainless rail, there were bolts under the rolled edge. Just loosened them up and they came right off.

It cost me $1000 for him to sand, clean, gel coat and web. I removed all hardware for him.
