I've stopped taking my Kayak out for a while now b/c I grew tired of installing the roof rack and loading the kayaks on top of my car. I got to thinking about possible solutions and thought that a Kayak trailer might be the answer. My Internet search turned up plenty of options but these two designs were my favorites... They appear to be small, light weight, do double duty as Kayak caddys to the launch, and break down flat for storage against the wall.

My question is:
1) Does anyone here use a kayak trailer, and if so what are their general comments (ease of use, worthwhile investment, etc).
2) Do you know of anyone that has one of these two models?
