Folks in the boats and motor section didn't want to help so I figured my brotheren in the crappie section would: Spun the hub in my SS prop today. I was able to creep back to the ramp @ a top speed of 4 mph GPS with a tail wind. Anyone know of a good place to get it repaired? Luckily I have the original aluminum prop from when I bought the boat to get me back on the water.
Keep on fishing.

Check out youtube to see if there are any videos on how to complete the repair yourself.

Don't know when you need your boat again, but, Steve at Steve's Custom Props should be able to fix you up. PM him on this forum.

James Propeller in Dallas does a good job. Which reminds me, I haven't had to replace the hub on my SS prop for a while...

Dave, take it to Nettles in Austin. That is where I get mine fixed. They are the best in this area.

Steves Custom Props did great work for me at a reasonable price. I sent him a chewed up SS a couple years back and when I got it back I'm sure he had just given me a new one. I dont know the guy, just know he did good work for me.
I don't live for the thump, but I sure do like it.
