OK, thieves that steel fishing and hunting equipment deserve special consideration. cut off one hand! ever try to tie on a jig or reel in a fish or clean a deer with one hand. i think it would make em lose interest. i want to pass a law that prohibits the pawning of any hunting or fishing equipment and you dont want me to come to your garage sale and see my equipment. that could be a bad day.
