Hey guys,I am going to Rollover pretty soon and want to learn how to catch sheepshead because i haven't ever fished for them before.Any help will be appreciated, thanks.Especially baits and rigs.

I don't know what to say because i am not fishing for sheepshead.But last monday at ROLLOVER PASS i was catching one sheepshead on plastic.

I caught them on live and fresh dead shrimp, both Carolina Rig and Cork Rig.

But never caught them on artificials.

The best tip is they have to be there to catch them. They like shrimp but I can tell you the hardheads will keep you busy. I think March is a better time for SH but not sure I never fish for just them.
